David Dumyat, Competitive Age Grouper

Who are they?

David has a full time job and busy life, he has been doing triathlon for over 5 years and raced at Olympic and 70.3 distance.  He has used structured training plans before but never had a one to one coach.

What does he want to achieve?

He would like to understand how he can improve his performance whilst balancing his training around a hectic work & family life. He would like to improve his 70.3 race times and compete in his first Iron-distance event.

How we are helping?

We created a unique triathlon training programme built around the time David has available to train each week. This individual plan is available in TrainingPeaks and integrated with other training platforms (such as Zwift and Garmin) so that David can get the maximum return on each workout. Also, by using advanced analytics we built sessions to his individual capabilities to accelerate training adaptation and improve his performance faster.

We structured workouts for triathlon using proven sports science approaches.

Claire Cleuch, Fitness Enthusiast

Who are they?

Claire is a regular at the gym and loves to train every day. She has completed a number of cycling sportives & run marathons and is looking for her next challenge. She is new to triathlon and has set her goal on finishing an Ironman event. She is a member of a triathlon club but has never followed a structured training plan.

What does she want to achieve?

She would like to know how to train for a long distance triathlon and what amount of swim, bike and run training she should be doing. How can she avoid overtraining & injury and what should she eat/drink for such a long distance event.

How we are helping?

We structured workouts for triathlon using proven sports science approaches that have the right balance and volume of training to ensure that Claire avoids overtraining and burnout. We also provide her with nutritional support so that she is fully prepared for her long distance triathlon debut.
