Unlike other coaching services, Ochil Coaching offers a bespoke service, providing one to one coaching programmes designed for the individual based on their specific goal in triathlon. Having coached high performance individuals for over 25 years and with many years of experience in Triathlon we have developed a proven coaching approach that we call “FAST”.

We use the TrainingPeaks app to schedule and distribute your individual training plans - a popular online platform used by athletes and coaches for planning, tracking and analysing training and performance data.
To get you started we’ll need you to open a free TrainingPeaks account so that we can connect you to our coaching platform.
Once connected, training sessions will be seamlessly integrated with your sports watch and indoor training platform (such as Zwift) so that each workout duration and intensity can be automatically recorded and uploaded.
We also include strength & conditioning workouts as part of your coaching package, which are also made available through the TrainingPeaks app and include easy to follow videos and descriptions.
To start you on your coaching journey we’ll conduct a few tests across swim, bike and run to ensure that we have your correct training zones.
Having a solid baseline of your current performance will really help us to build your individual training programme focused on your specific events.
All of our training plans have been handcrafted to focus on your specific races with the right amount of training stimulus to help you to improve without burning out.
Whether you’re brand new to triathlon or looking to get on the podium or qualify for a world championship event our coaches will be with you every step of the way.
